Strategy Flow Chart
​Description
  1. ​The above strategy begins with a leader who spends time alone with God and is sent out by Him to make disciples.
  2. He will also identify Pastors, Christians Leaders, workers, and new believers who have a heart and desire to make disciples; who will evangelize the lost (Mark 16:15).
  3. The result of this is a New Convert.
  4. The Convert is then established in the faith (Colossians 2:6-7).
  5. The result of this follow-up is that the Convert becomes a Disciple.
  6. The Disciple is then equipped through the person(s) training him to become a worker (Ephesians 4:11-12).
  7. As a worker, the Disciple assists the Leader and is involved in in-depth personal training with the Leader to also become a leader himself.
  8. He is now a Leader and is able to lead a Discipleship Ministry.

     This strategy continues as the Leader repeats the total process with someone else.
