What Is Pastors Legacy Ministries (PLM)?
PLM is a ministry designed to disciple, challenge and help Pastors & Christian Leaders to invest in and mobilize the next generation of Pastors & Christian Leaders to:
PLM is a ministry designed to disciple, challenge and help Pastors & Christian Leaders to invest in and mobilize the next generation of Pastors & Christian Leaders to:
- Preach
- Teach
- Live godly lives, and
- Pass on the baton or mantle to them; and encourage them to do the same with the faithful who in turn will pass it on to others.
The Origin Of Pastors Legacy Ministries (PLM)
The PLM vision began nearly ten years ago in the mind of Dr. Ron Ballard, as he was discipling and mentoring a group of Pastors.
About six years ago, while Dr. Ballard mentored Pastor Delayno Robinson, they discovered that they both had a desire to leave a legacy of leaders who will preach, teach the Word of God, and live godly lives.
The two began to pray, plan and trust God to give them other like-minded Pastors.
So, in January 2012, several other Pastors teamed up with them, embracing PLM's vision to teach the importance of The Great Commission of Jesus Christ and making disciples. (Matt. 28:19-20)
Because of their commitment to reaching and equipping God's people to a life of discipleship, Pastors Legacy Ministries was formed.
