Course of Action

STEP I: Identify and recruit Pastors, Christian leaders and workers 
. Who have a heart and a desire to make disciples 


STEP II: Introduce Pastors, Christian leaders 
and workers to ministry and: 
    . Invite them to join core group 
    . Encourage them to pray for God’s leaders 
 

STEP III: Start on-going discipleship training 
     . Train first core group
     . Conduct seminars, conferences

STEP IV: Establish a discipleship training ministry 
 A discipleship committee or center 
 

​STEP V: Multiply leadership through discipleship core groups 
. They will be able to recruit and reproduce other core groups 
. They will be able to lead discipleship ministry and serve in church ministry
