Our Objectives

Objective A.
 
Direction: Where are we going? 
To identify and recruit Pastors, Christian Leaders and Workers who have a heart for, and see the need for making disciples. 

Resources: Who is available? 
  1. Pastors, Christian Leaders, and Workers 
  2. People already involved in ministry 
  3. Faithful people who are recruited 
 
Program Activities: How are we going to get there? 
  1. Recruit Pastors, Christian Leaders, and Workers 
  2. Recruit staff and trainers in our first circle of disciples 
  3. Recruit others who have a heart for discipleship 
 
Evaluation: How do we know we have arrived? 
  1. If Pastors, Christian Leaders and Workers make themselves available
  2. If staff and trainers commit themselves to go make disciples
 
Objective B. 
Direction:  Where are we going? 
  • Recruit others in our second core of disciples 
  • Train others on how to evangelize the lost 
 
Resources: Who is available?

Room Activities (Field Work):  How are we going to get there? 
  1. Personal Information 
  2. Evangelism 
  3. Recommendation 
 
 
Evaluation: How do we know we have arrived? 
  1. If we have reached converts through evangelization
  2. If people respond from personal invitation
  3. If those recommended commit
  4. If those trained are sharing the gospel to the lost
 
Objective C. 
Direction: Where are we going? 
To train others on how to establish believers in the faith
 
Resources: Who is available? 
  1. New Converts and orphans 
  2. New Recruits 
 
Program Activities: How are we going to get there? 
  1. Newborn Christian study booklet 
  2. Growing Christian study booklet 
Biblical Principles: 
  • Assurance of salvation 
  • Quiet time 
  • Prayer 
  • The Word (various ways to intake) 
  • Etc. 
 
Evaluations: How do we know we have arrived? 
  1. If new converts and orphans have no doubt of salvation 
  2. If he/she is having a quiet time 
  3. If he/she is having an appointed time in the Word 
  4. If he/she is growing in the Lord 
 
Objective D. 
Direction: Where are we going? 
  • To equip others for the working of the ministry 
  • To train others how to make disciples 
 
Resources: Who is available? 
  • Those who are trained and committed to making disciples 
 
Program Activities: How are we going to get there? 
  1. Train them how to develop others  
  2. Character building study 
  3. Doctrinal study 
  4. Verse and chapter analysis of Bible study 
 
Evaluation: How will we know we have arrived? 
  1. If they are investing in the life of another 
  2. If their character is strengthened 
  3. If they are going through the required doctrinal studies 
  4. If those in core groups are assisting Pastors and Leaders in ministry 
 
Objective E. 
Direction:  Where are we going? 
  • To make leaders who will be able to reproduce the total process of our strategy (spiritual multiplication)  
 
Resources:  Who is available? 
  • Those in core groups 
 
Program Activities:  How are we going to get there? 
  1. Utilize workers trained 
  2. Teach verse and chapter analysis Bible study 
  3. Teach advance transferable principles 
  4. Work with leaders to coordinate disciple ministry 
  5. Study in leadership 
 
Evaluation:  How do we know we have arrived? 
  1. If those in core groups are working 
  2. If they are taught the verse and chapter analysis bible study 
  3. If advanced, transferable principle is shared 
  4. If core groups learn to coordinate ministries 
  5. If they are taught leadership skills 
  6. If there is spiritual multiplication 
 
Objective F. 
 Direction:  Where are we going? 
  • To give Leader management skills 
 
Resources:  Who is available? 
  • Leaders 
 
Program Activities: How are we going to get there? 
  1. Teach basic administration skills 
  2. Teach how to manage ministry 
  3. Budgeting 
  4. Counseling (Biblical) 
  5. How to develop and organize a Discipleship Training Ministry in the local church 
 
Evaluation: How do we know we have arrived? 
  1. If Leader is able to perform basic administration skills 
  2. If Leader can manage their ministry  
  3. If they are able to budget finances for ministry 
  4. If they know the basics of effective biblical counseling 
  5. If local church has an organized and developing Discipleship Training Ministry ​
