- If new converts and orphans have no doubt of salvation
- If he/she is having a quiet time
- If he/she is having an appointed time in the Word
- If he/she is growing in the Lord

- To equip others for the working of the ministry
- To train others how to make disciples

- Those who are trained and committed to making disciples
Program Activities: How are we going to get there?
- Train them how to develop others
- Character building study
- Doctrinal study
- Verse and chapter analysis of Bible study
Evaluation: How will we know we have arrived?
- If they are investing in the life of another
- If their character is strengthened
- If they are going through the required doctrinal studies
- If those in core groups are assisting Pastors and Leaders in ministry
Objective E.

- To make leaders who will be able to reproduce the total process of our strategy (spiritual multiplication)

- Those in core groups

- Utilize workers trained
- Teach verse and chapter analysis Bible study
- Teach advance transferable principles
- Work with leaders to coordinate disciple ministry
- Study in leadership
Evaluation: How do we know we have arrived?
- If those in core groups are working
- If they are taught the verse and chapter analysis bible study
- If advanced, transferable principle is shared
- If core groups learn to coordinate ministries
- If they are taught leadership skills
- If there is spiritual multiplication

- Teach basic administration skills
- Teach how to manage ministry
- Budgeting
- Counseling (Biblical)
- How to develop and organize a Discipleship Training Ministry in the local church
Evaluation: How do we know we have arrived?
- If Leader is able to perform basic administration skills
- If Leader can manage their ministry
- If they are able to budget finances for ministry
- If they know the basics of effective biblical counseling
- If local church has an organized and developing Discipleship Training Ministry
