Pastor Brown is married to Antoinette Maria Calhoun, formerly of Akron, Ohio. They are the parents of three adult children - Ernest, Jr. (Jayna), Tiffany, and Richard (Angela), and seven grandchildren - Lyric, Eden, Brayden, Joshua, Elise, Samuel, and Rachel.
SERVICE:
He was ordained to the Gospel Ministry on December 10, 1978. In December 1994, Pastor Brown accepted the call to Pastor at St. John Missionary Baptist Church.
Prior to accepting the call to Pastor, he served as Staff Pastor for St. John Missionary Church where he organized and coordinated the Baptist Youth Fellowship; Director of Summer Enrichment Camp; provided the Ministry of Counseling, Preaching, Bible Teaching, Deacon Training, and served on the Board of Christian Education.
